Bringing two existing logos into one new unified design scheme

No text other than the two existing brand names and the tagline.

I am looking to have the exiting logos for both companies brought together into one new image that depicts both companies names under a unified color/design scheme.

As far as the text to appear in the logo, we will have "Advanced Pain Institute" and "Comprehensive Neurological Solutions" as well as the tagline "Together, easing pain & enhancing lives." below the two companies names.

We would like you to take existing elements from the current logos (P in Pain and CNS mosaic spine ball) to create new design options for our review.

For color, the two existing logos are currently using many shades of blues and greens and we would like you to continue with a blue or blue green theme.

The new design should be clean, simple and somewhat modern.
