We’re looking for 3 separate creative campaigns of flash banner ads for 3 different focuses: 1.2014 New Year –focused/New Year’s Resolution (see Job.com examples in Link #1) 2.Interactive where users may search directly on the ad (see Job.com “Find the Right Job. You Deserve it.” examples in Url#1) 3.Either smiling person/people or a list of the 50 states (see Job.com examples in Link #1) Within each campaign we would like to get the following IAB standard sizes: • 120 x 600 • 160 x 600 • 300 x 250 • 728 x 90 All banners should be: • Direct response-focused to entice and direct the user to click through to the landing page (“Site Where Banner Will Link To”) • Clear, with obvious call-to-action button • ROI/Conversion-focused • Simple, clean • Eye-catching and interactive Our target audiences: • People searching for jobs • Ages 21-54 • High school graduates • Stay-at-home moms • Minorities Text on Banner examples include: • Say Hello to Your Future.
