Coordination Marketing Services provides small to mid-size businesses with marketing consulting and development. My plan is to act as a business's marketing department externally. My target market is any business that needs marketing, but cannot afford to hire someone full-time. I want the logo to convey:
- Our "wheels are always turning" - CMS is a creative think tank that turns ideas into reality.
- We work together with our customers to provide superior service & end-results.
- Coordination. There are a lot of moving parts in a marketing department, so it is important to not only have someone develop, but to coordinate all activities and be able to communicate between employees/vendors/customers effectively.

- I feel the usage of gears or wheels could potentially convey "coordination", or hand revolving around world.
- It's important for the customer to see the logo & feel that CMS will coordinate, plan, develop, fix their marketing activities.
- Since the DBA name is so long, Coordination Marketing Services, we need to figure out a way to fit everything. We could almost put the word "Coordination" on line 1, and make "Marketing Services" fit the on line 2 evenly in a horizontal logo.
- I like designs that are proportionate.
- I feel the best layout options are horizontal, boxed or circular for this logo.
- No comic sans for font.
