My daughter, Gianna Grace, was diagnosed with an inoperable brain tumor at one month old. She was given weeks to months to live and sent home on hospice care. Her doctors said we needed a miracle for our daughter to see her first birthday. In one month, Gianna will turn one year old.

Gianna's story is truly miraculous and rare. After a biopsy, seven brain surgeries, countless MRI and CT scans, and five rounds of end-stage chemotherapy, spending most of our time in children's hospital, her prognosis has changed. Gianna has a rare histiocytosis disease that caused the tumor to form in her brain. Systematic Juvenile Xantrogranuloma has caused heartbreaking difficulties and challenges for Gianna and our family, but the loss of our daughter is not one of them now. Gianna will live through her daily actions and continued fight for a better life.

We are looking to start a foundation to help eradicate childhood brain tumors as well as help families that go through these most unimaginable times. If you are interested in helping, I've attached Gianna's full story.
