Include this tagline in my logo.

Describe who/what this design is about

We are looking for a revised company logo as we learned that the existing logo is being used by another firm. Our corporate website is www.toorakcapital.com. We are a company that invests in residential real estate loans and want a logo that combines the concepts of single family housing and liquidity, as the current logo does with the house art and dynamic swoosh. We would like to keep the same color scheme and font of our existing logo while revising the logo itself. We don’t want the logo to overpower our company name.
