Describe who/what this design is about

We are a dental office with a strong emphasize on cosmetic dentistry. Our patients have european roots.
1.The logo should be elegant, "clean", but easy to read and remember.
2.The logo should have a separate symbol on the left and words on the right side.
3.The symbol should be useable SEPARATELY
4. It should not look too busy
5. The name of the practice should be in one line, doctor's name -a separate line
7. Please do not use "hand-written" style of font for the word
8. Symbol may have a tooth theme
9. Please do not use Vastly used symbols that everybody else uses
10. IMPORTANT!! Even though the practice name is ISLAND FAMILY DENTAL, we are located in New York, not on a vacation island! Please DO NOT use any warm weather vacation symbols like palm trees or sun.
