Describe who/what this design is about

Short Profile: The Monaco Private Equity & Venture Capital Association, short ‘MVCA’ is a non-profit association registered in Monaco and the national PE & VC association in the country. Please view full profile here - http://www.mvca.asso.mc/en/about-mvca-2-33.html. For our existing logo: please check on our official website: http://www.mvca.asso.mc. We find it is outdated (in terms of structure, fonts, positioning of logo elements etc.) and should be revamped.

MVCA stands for: seriousness and professionalism. Logo types that best reflect that, typically have the following profile: they are bold & dynamic. Other industry associations’ logos that we like, as a reference:
