I am a 39 year veteran of the HVAC industry and have my own small training company. I'd like to update my TopRate Services, LLC logo. I do 2 major things. Outdoor University and TopRate Tech Series. I operate both under the TopRate Services logo.

Outdoor University
I set up a fully equipped camp and kitchen and that's where my students come to learn. My students are taught the life value of "It's Not About You" and how to better serve others. I run these camps in the spring and fall and have for 12 years.

TopRate Tech Series
I also teach an entry level HVAC Residential Maintenance Class. This is a 9 day class that will make the student productive and useful to any HVAC company with a Residential Service department.
