Describe who/what this design is about

This logo will represent "happiness," and "healthiness" The logo MUST incorporate the image of a smiling face. The logo would be on hospital doors, reception area wall, uniforms chest or breast area, business cards and marketing brochures. This is a family, cosmetic and implant practice so the logo should be appropriate for all ages.
