Describe who/what this design is about

This logo will represent a company which sells marijuana in accordance with local laws to consumers who can earn rewards by purchasing from the business. When a consumer sees the logo it should convey comfort, positivity/energy, and being treated like a VIP -- instantly familiar. When they see it, they know they can shop there and earn rewards.
