Restricted Project for Asif Warsi

First Place Subdivision

Need another plat Sign for First Place Subdivision. This is three phases of the plat with attached individual plats, master plat, and information need to be put in a format large enough for 4ft x 8ft sheets. Bullet points on sign along with my contact information is important. Something creative is nice. I will need help with the logo and will send similar attachements. These lots are available now so we need to get them sold.

    Lots should just have lot numbers on them. A key should be on bottom of sign for phases 6= color block etc.. The phase 6 needs removed from logo. I would like logo to be font like it is but across a black back ground squared off. I am sending an ad in my uploads which has a description of what I am talking about. Moving my photo and logo to the right side and map to left may look better or putting some bullets in like Large Lots, Community Park, Choose a builder or build it yourself....
