Four Steps to Verify Your Identity

At ZillionDesigns.com, we welcome graphic designers from all over the world. To make it easy for you to join our crowdsourcing platform and start earning, simply follow the 4-steps verification process. This verification is important because, you will only receive payments when you complete the ID verification process

Be sure to provide accurate and truthful information as your ID will be verified from multiple sources. Any falsification may result in partial or complete ban of your profile forever from ZillionDesigns.com. You will no longer be able to participate in our contests.

Step A: Account Details

1. Log-in to your account at Zilliondesigns.com
2. Click on "My Account" tab at the top navigation.
3. Under "My Account" click on "Account Details".
4. Fill in the complete information according to your local identification document.

Step B: Scanned identity (ID) verification

After completing Step A, you are requested to send a scanned copy of your identification document (this could be a National Identity Card, a passport or a valid driver's license) to verification@zilliondesigns.com. If you are under 18 years of age, please send us a copy of your parent or legal guardian’s identity document.

Step C: Public Profile

1. Log-in to your account at LogoDesignGuru.com/Zilliondesigns.com
2. Go to My Accounts > Public Profile Settings from the top navigation
3. Upload an avatar/display picture and fill out the biography text box. In your biography, you may include details such as your source of inspiration as a designer, your interests/hobbies, your level of expertise with different design tools and the services you are interested in designing for i.e. logos, stationery etc.
4. Click to submit your information.
5. f you’ve already filled out this section then review it to ensure that all the areas mentioned in number 2 (above) are covered.

(Note: Minimum 200 characters are required to update a profile)

Step D: Payment Method

1. Log-in to your account and navigate to the tab My Payment > Payment Method
2. Click "Edit" to enter details and address related to your bank records
3. Then select your preferred payment method through a drop down list and fill the details exactly matching your bank details. Note: This is a must or your payment will not be released when you win a contest.
4. Then fill the tax form. If you are a US Citizen, you will be required to complete your details on the W-9 form. All non-US citizens are not required to complete this and should click on ‘Non-US person’ tab and fill out their complete address and full name, then click “Next”

While you may join any contest as soon as you register with ZillionDesigns.com, your payment will not be disbursed unless your ID has been verified. Please note, your designer identity verification process may take up to 24 hours to complete; we advise you to fill out this information as soon as you register.
