Describe who/what this design is about

This is for a brewery that will be producing craft beers for a wide audience range. The "Mad Pecker" is based off a fictitious character that was outcast for brewing beer that was out of the norm. I'd also like the option to use this design as a beer bottle label having to only make inclusions of the beer name on the label. It should also be able to transfer well to t-shirts, and other media sources. The idea behind names for most of our beers and brewery will be dark and steampunk themed.

I'd like traditional steampunk colors such as copper, gold, with predominant black and touches of dark red where applicable.

The Mad Pecker is a man whose fascination with woodpeckers gave him his name. However the theme for the brewery has nothing to do with woodpeckers. This is not a "woody wood pecker" design or idea so there should not be reference to them. The Mad Pecker will have a top hat that I'd like in some way to be incorporated into the logo pending the look of it. Please see some of the links below for ideas.

Some really good designs have come in towards the end. Still looking for something that has a dark feel to it that will separate it from the rest. Be as creative as you want.

Design #5 and #6, can you take the hat out. While I wanted it to possibly be included I don't necessarily want it to be a focal point and is optional. Also looking for something darker in terms of feel.
