Describe who/what this design is about

Logo is for a Remodeling & Construction company. The logo will be the initiation of the company brand/identity, from which, everything will stem, i.e, business cards, stationary, signs, web banner, etc.

Since the logo will be used on signs posted in yards, it will need to be easily recognizable - at a glance - that it's a home 'remodeling & construction' company as people are driving by.

For Draft#4 can you make the words "Remodeling and Construction" more visible? People will be seeing the signs in yards/trucks and we want people to know what we do and not confuse us with a Realty company. Thanks
