Not sure. My preference is to not have oranges or yellows as the dominant colors.

not sure

want to avoid the stairstep image that the words "next level" imply. Though I do like the idea of conveying upward growth and motion.

53 is spot on. I do like the black/white image in 52 so good to know it will translate. 55 and 56, really great.

49-Sorry, I did not mean to reorder the colors. I want to go from blue to green. The color palette in 49 is very close. 49 is showing the stripes again so please smooth it out like 48. The 'next' in 48 is perfect. It is the 'level' that needs color work. The green and how it progresses in 49 is very close, if you could brighten it up a bit (more like 35/37 palette). So, 'Next' is blue and 'Level' is green. What you are doing with 'the' and 'solutions' in mirroring the colors and style around them is great. 50-I love the examples!

48 is close in terms of smoothing out the gradation both top/bottom and left/right. 47 is close in terms of color. I like the 'next'. would like to end up with greens in 'level' similar to 35/37. 20, 33, 38, 41-please don't give up.

For those that I've marked 3 stars: Would like to see color gradation from dark blue on the left to a blue/turquoise at the T in 'next' and then green/turquoise in the S in 'solutions' ending at a dark green on the right. So from dark to light to dark. Would also like to see same but reverse colors going from green to blue. Color gradation must be smooth from top to bottom and left to right like #38. Cannot have break lines like 34-37. #38 - I don't like the symbol above the text, needs to be left or right. I like the arrow play in the X. thanks

More comment for 25-27 Please smoothe out the color gradation as it transitions from top to bottom. Will look for same when going from left to right. 26 - like it a lot. but don't like logo marks above or below the words, prefer left or right. Very nice blue!

#22, 23, 24 are visually bold but not an image I'm attracted to for some reason. #25, 26, 27 I still like the design a lot and I do like the color play. Can you try starting on the left in green and ending up on the right in blue? (And vice versa.) I like how the 'the' and 'solutions' matches the colors next to them in 25. #28 and 29 are nice but a little safe. thanks!

Leaning towards blue (or dark blue) with green combination of colors. The green in #3, #15 #17 and #20 are nice. The blues in #2, #3, #11, #14, and #19 are nice. I'm afraid I don't like the font in #16 and the logo is very similar to the one for Prudential Insurance so would be hard to TM. I still like what's going on with #15 and would like to see if a green/blue color combination would work like it does in #3. I like the simplicity of #17 and complexity of #20. My one concern about #20 is the size. Does it have to be that large to see the TNL graphic. Thanks!

Like the text in #5 and the icon/mark in #6. Prefer the icon/mark be to the side. Would like to see more color.

#1 is rather traditional. I'm looking for more modern and clean. Like #2, #3, #4, though leaning towards #2 due to the sophistication of the the play on the N and the lighter image as a reflection. Like the peronalization of #3 but feels more HR services like versus general business. #4 is ok but not quite as edgy as #2 but has the 'movement' I'm looking for. Like the colors of #2, #3, #4. Would like to see if using the colors like has been done in #4 can work with #2. Thanks!
