Describe who/what this design is about

Dan Tatarka is a fiber optic engineer who found his passion in brewing/handcrafting beer and adventure travel. We like the idea of kokopelli shaped wild man with a beer in hand. We need a simple shape-easy to identify- like dogfish head beer. Dan has a full beard/mushstach...brown hair...wears a lab coat with Hawaiian shirt while brewing. He is 54 and loves old time rock. His next adventure trip is to hike the inca trail in peru this September.
