Personal Press started building a small almost desk top hydraulic press to form small aircraft sheet metal parts. It was a bit of a play on words relating to 'personal computer'.

Then do to customer demand, the presses grew and grew until today our biggest weighs 45,000 lbs. In addition, we also make a heat treating system to strengthen the parts after forming.

Our current logo is the weakest element in our web page and we are looking to upgrade it.

We have certainly thought about changing the company name to more closely reflect our current day product line but we are pretty well known in the industry so that is probably not a good idea.

    First I would like to thank all the designers for their submittals. There were more than a dozen logos well suited to our needs. While it was not an easy decision, our group finally decided on draft #11 with a slight change. The designer agreed to this change by PM and I have reopened the contest for three day to enable for the revised design to be submitted. Again thanks to all who have participated in this project and wish you luck with your future endeavors.
