LEAD to SUCCEED

No

We are a Learning & Development Company with a twist! ... Our USP is that we primarily work with horses, in ground based activities, to train Leadership skills in people. This approach is called Equine Assisted Learning. Our target market is Corporate / Business although we also work with individuals for personal development. Our approach is focussed on People Development and NOT Horsemanship.

Abstract

Gold & Black. We would like the colours used in the winning project on this site named 'The Ternate Group' by Sergem (designer). We particularyl like the way the designer has used different shades of gold/effects, within the design to make it stand out or 'shine'.

Attached is a sketched idea which we would like to see worked up with graphics.
As our business also carries out Learning & Development work, without horses on occasions, it is important that we avoid a too obvious 'horsey' design, however, a subtle horse element included, is preferred. In the attached idea, the circle represents a person/ Leader being followed by a horse, (represented by 4 horseshoes) which could also be seen as people / or a team.

We are really grateful to you all for the work submitted so far, Thanks to you all. Some feedback which may help ... 1) We like bronze tones of gold e.g. Drafts #41-46, 35, 16 & 58. Definately want to avoid yellowy/brassy tones. 2) Would like to see more classy / sophistication in the designs please. 3) Like the slight overlap of the horseshoe/team together and the 'Leader' in Draft#46, giving an impression of them being 'connected'. 4) Like the effects used in the symbol in Draft#46 as gives the design more depth. 5) Want to keep the four 'horseshoes'together in the design as it loses its meaning if they are seperated and rearranged i.e they represent a horse following/walking behind the 'Leader'. Many thanks.

Thank you all for your fantastic designs and wonderful creativity. I have been amazed by the response already and really appreciate your time and the work you have produced. All of the designs are excellent in their own way, however, some have been eliminated as they are not what I had in mind or specifically reflect what we do, sorry to those designers. Of the designs so far ... I LIKE: The overall layout and proportions of Draft#10 which has aligned the vertical line, top to bottom of the design and text to the top. Draft #12 - the shape of the horseshoes/team and spacing is great, although would like to see them a little smaller in proportion please as they appear to overshadow the Leader at present. REVISIONS: We aren't there with the font yet. I would like to see something neat, classy and sophisticated that is contemporary with fine lines and sans serif please. Many thanks, I look forward to seeing some more of your wonderful talent!

Sorry guys, I made a mistake with my last comment, I meant to say that I liked Draft#3's (not Draft #4's)text being on one line, two colours used in text and aligned with the top.

A great start to the project! Thanks for all your hard work, it is really appreciated. Draft#3 and #10 have kept the layout of the design uploaded, which we like. Like Draft #4's text on one line, two colours used in text and aligned with top. Would like to experiment with finer, sharper fonts that are more stylish and contemporary please. Like the shape of the horseshoes (or team of people)in Draft #3 but without the holes please. Like the compactness of the horseshoes/people in Draft #10. thanks again and look forward to seeing more soon.

Thank you for your design - the reason we have eliminated though is that we really want the sketched concept/idea uploaded on the brief worked up.
