  To all designers, I have extended the contest to Sunday. This will be the last extension. I will select a winner on Monday and then proceed to the Biz card and Web contests which are also guaranteed but at $500 each. Thank You!!   I have extended the logo project because I have been unable to give feedback on many of the designs submitted to date. I hope to be able to review them all this week and provide proper comments, feedback and direction. Thank you! Please continue to submit designs if you have yet to do so.

  #35, suggest move palm tree out if glass, make it form the T in Tap, replace in glass with a sailfish leaping out of sunset with an olive on it's bill, place a Parrot on the T of West, try a Scarlett Macau - they are red gold & blue

  #35, the KE of Key is confused with the TAP, makes it read like TAPKE is a single word, need to clearly separate. Maybe try making the T in Tap a palm tree, and raise or angle the word slightly from Key, maybe make it Tap not TAP

  General comments: #26 looks too Pacific & Hawaiian. #23 the trees look like evergreens from pacific northwest

  Frely on #8, Can you make the letter "T" in the word "West" form into a martini glass with the Parrot sitting on the edge, maybe try to get an olive on a tooth pick in somehow, but instead of it actually being a toothpick it is a leaping sailfish with the olive on its nose, use the color Pink somewhere

  ** Please note for the Tag Line, I would like it to read: "Where locals Tap into the real Key West" "Want to know where to go? Just Tap it!" I would like to see a logo version without any tag Line, with just the Tag line: "Where locals Tap into the real Key West", and a version with a double Tag Line that also includes: "Want to know where to go? Just Tap it!" Thanks for considering the changes and multiple versions. Sorry it wasn't in Brief

  There will also be a website for "TapKeyWest.com". There is a $500 prize for the Web Page design that will be launched after Logo is awarded as well as a $500 Business card and Stationary award to follow. Total guaranteed to be awarded across all three projects is $1,500. Just a heads up that the words "Tap Key West" may work best if built together as one word with no spaces in anticipation of the web site.
