Describe who/what this design is about

This is the logo design for a business/corporate law firm. The logo will be placed on our letterhead and business cards. Also, the focus should be on the words "Caravetta & Associates" and keep the words "A Law Firm" and "AMDG" small in the logo. The firm is sophisticated, yet we want a modernistic flair to the logo. Nothing outrageous - we need to keep a businesslike appeal.

Good Morning All - We areally appreciate the excellent designs submitted so far. We would like to see the following from all of you if possible: Start each word in the logo with a large cap letter and the remaining words in small caps. Do not change the letters "AMDG" - they are fine. On the words "A Law Firm" and "AMDG" please make them smaller than the other words, as we want the firm name to stand out. Thanks you!

The initial designs look great. Please take the letters "AMDG" and make them very small and separate from the line of "A Law Firm" Thank you very much for your great works thus far! Carlo
