One idea I have is a simple, castle-like tower above/near the C and E in CASTLE. I would like a stone/masonry look incorporated. My secondary career is in the Army Reserve as an Engineer, so I am fond of the USACE castle. An Irish/Gaelic flavor may be nice. Something with the initials CES standing out should also be considered. I do not want a modern, high-tech look to the logo.

Someone also might find inspiration by googling "celtic knot", like #45.

Could someone spell out the name in bricks or stones, maybe something like stonehenge? That would be interesting.

Good stuff coming in! I am enjoying the brick look to some of these (52, 60, 68), but even better than the bricks would be more of a natural stone look with irregular rectangular shapes and sizes (Google "natural stone wall"). Maybe the company initials CES or something could pop out of a natural stone Castle tower. Thanks for your efforts!

Some ideas to consider moving forward: - Two castle towers on each end tied together with the name? - Please incorporate some brick patterns or rectangular stone work related to a building facade Thank you all!

Time winding down and we haven't seen "it" yet. Some notes on submissions so far: #1 Simplicity, #7 Creativity, #8/10 Bldg image is creative but too modern as is, #22 is a nice castle image, #24 Simplicity again, #25 Shadow effect is interesting, #34/35 Old, Irish look is good but mis-spelled and needs white background, #37/38 Nice but looks like a clone of the USACE castle, #45 has Irish/Celtic feel. I prefer CAPS at least for CASTLE.

Please don't feel constrained to the concept that I describe at the end of the creative brief. I'm an engineer, so creativity is not my strength. But please do read some of those ideas that I noted. Thanks!

Thanks for starting this 'finaldesign'. I prefer the solid color #1 to the ones with a color change (#2,4).
