Describe who/what this design is about

This will be a classy chicken wing, sit down restaurant. It will be in a location that also has live entertainment and weekend dance club. The interior design is already urban chic, but we want to launch a new kitchen experience. So, in other words, not a typical pub. I don't feel that anything too cartoonish would be the right fit. We need to put a new spin on the chicken wing experience, so the logo should reflect that.

We are not changing our lounge/bar, we are relaunching our kitchen and menu, so the design can't be so abstract that it isn't understandable. It also can't be so simple, that I could have designed it myself.
