Describe who/what this design is about

The concept behind the City Samaritan is really very simple. My goal is simply to make strangers smile, and I intend to accomplish this through random acts of kindness and to inspire others to do the same. This is not a charity, there are plenty of those out there. This is intended to reach everyday people when they least expect it.
