Creative Brief

Contemporary blue ribbon design for a hardwood floor refinishing company

Blue Ribbon Flooring

I like the idea of a contemporary logo with classic 1950's font (very much a throwback look). something that will look good on the back of a shirt too. please incorporate a really cool picture of an actual blue ribbon. We also use a machine called a Lagler "Hummel" belt sander. If you were able to incorporate that as well. that would be great. maybe separately for a small logo on the front of a shirt. just a thought. Definitely lots of color.

Construction

professional; this design will be representing my company on our shirts, probably very large on the back.

small logo for front of shirt with "Blue Ribbon Flooring in vintage font (blue ribbon or lagler hummel sander) & a vintage logo with a vintage blue ribbon and company name for large picture on back of shirt. Lots of color! We are in our late twenties and the cool factor of this really needs to be there.
