I want this logo to represent an individual's journey to finding fulfillment in life through meaningful, gratifying work. My role is to gently guide them there. Together we develop a clear sense of key values and using that compass we follow the path and create an authentic personal brand along with a resume and marketing message that will attract the right opportunities.

Some form of earth and water/sky tones would be nice. They represent being rooted in oneself and reaching for the sky.

I'm not good at these things but I love the idea of being rooted in oneself and the tree of life seems to represent that nicely. The sky to me represents the unlimited potential in each person and breaking through glass ceilings. Clearly the name has the word path in it so I'm very open to seeing how that could be incorporated as well. It's about a path to fulfillment through a rewarding career.
