Home buyers, home owners, people who want to build custom homes and those who need financing for all of the above.

this will need to be 120mm wide x190mm tall. We are looking for a clean, simple advertisement for a local directory that catches the eye and triggers interest in our services without burying the customer in details. Modern, clean, trustworty and professional are the ideas that we want to get across with this advertisement.

    I am really liking what I see out of #1 and #8. More so #8. My concern at this point is what it will look like printed at 120mm wide x 190mm tall. Will the print be too small?

    Designers, Please only use images provided by the project holder. If in case source of images has not been provided, you are requested to use images from “www.thinkstockphotos.com”. Images used from any other website or source will not be accepted. In case you are using images from “www.thinkstockphotos.com”, please make sure to keep a record of image ID numbers as contest winners will be required to provide those ID's.     In the brief I give a description of my services so that you can better understand what I do. I do not want all of that information in the ad as it would be far too complicated. In the attached documents I give you my logos, business cards, contact information and stationary. The first attachment is one of my stationary pages with my logo and a small list that I typed of items that I think would be nice to see in the advertisement. I am not very creative so I am going to have to be very open to your creative ideas. I want people to know the 5 main services I provide in a clean manner I thought about a circle or hexagon that had arrows or some way to make the eye go around clockwise from Purchase Consulting->Financing->Locating a home->Building a home->Property Management->Selling your home->and back to the beginning. I am not sure if this sort of thing would look good or not? I also really like my watermark behind the image as in my stationary.
