Design only - no layout

We are seeking design assistance with our Market Research Brochure. We are looking for a refreshed look on the interior page and Cover. We are seeking design only as layout will be done by our team. This piece is printed as well as viewed digitally.

Real Estate

Anyone that deals with commercial real estate: brokers, developers, investors

For the interior page: all the titles & current sections need to remain. It needs to have two markets per page. Arrows under Office, Retail, etc are part of a merge, so only Windows Font Arrows are allowed. Maps: can only change if a high res USA map is provided along with the sample market/state that is changed. Otherwise, you can reuse the existing map, but change colors or marker. Cover: only thing that needs to remain is Logo and White Title Bar. InDesign (CS5 or below) only accepted.

    Designers, please read the design brief. First, we are a commercial real estate firm; residential images ARE NOT ACCEPTED. Second, the main focus is the interior page. We are very specific in what should remain in the document. Designers that don't submit a cover and interior page; and do not follow the specifics will automatically be disqualified.

    Designers, Please only use images provided by the project holder. If in case source of images has not been provided, you are requested to use images from “www.thinkstockphotos.com”. Images used from any other website or source will not be accepted. In case you are using images from “www.thinkstockphotos.com”, please make sure to keep a record of image ID numbers as contest winners will be required to provide those ID's.
