The International Property Trust has been designed to protect buyers when buying property abroad. And also the sellers of the property. This doesn't just have to be a property it could also be land or commercial.
The principal of the trust is that the buyer pays the money into the trust acount which is held secure where both parties can see the money but can not touch it till both parties are happy with the property sale. Once agreed the money is transfered to the seller.
