Mental Coaching is for clients who want to change their life somehow in a special area, becasue they can't go on like that and need help and support.
E.g. problems in their job, mobbying, life-work balance, any changes in their life (loss, new job, children,...).
Mental Coaching concentrates on the client and his behaviour and not on the people around him (diffence to systemic coaching).
It is about "change your life now, get started, don't wait till it'll get better - manage your life, manage your choices, live your OWN life, learn to say no - basically find out who you are, find yourself and then start to live your life.
I nice quote: "I believe that life is a journey, often difficult and sometimes incredibly cruel, but we are well equipped for it if only we tap into our talents and gifts and allow them to blossom."
so the logo must be attractive and should motivate to get in touch with me to start to make a change!!!
Because it is hard to finally realize that you are not able to go on like that, that you are not able to make a change on your own and that you need support and help. That's why the logo has to attract to get started to start now!!!

Some kind of green, brown, - earth colors. But not like a lot of health/beauty institutes use: water, stones, trees! It is important that the clients feel attracted to the logo, feel comfortable - the logo should somehow show movement - it's about change and changing means to start somehing, get moving,... and it also should attract people because it is "open, warm and making curious for more!.

"nimm dein Leben in die Hand" means "take your life in your own hands" - so maybe some kind of "hand symbols, pictures" would match. Anyway I want something that shows movement. But hey, I am open for other options!
