I am a Health Coach & Chef that helps clients with emotional eating, binge eating, bulimia and their resulting poor body image/low self-esteem. I guide clients seeking weight loss to develop a nourishing relationship with both food and themselves.

My favorite colors are salmon/terracotta, orange & red family but I don't have to stick to that range.

How many colors do you want in your design?

Do you have any additional suggestions or ideas?

You can use a female body if you'd like but may not be best if has extremely defined body shape (too big/too thin). If use any ray of light imagery etc "filling" body, just make sure it's not soley concentrated in the stomach section which could send a mixed mental message :)
