"Updated" traditional, but nothing too complex. It needs to be simple enough to be printed on T-shirts, so nothing with metallics or fades. Would like to stay away from the traditional sheaves of grain also.

Thank you to all the designers! I am sorry I have not gotten back to you all as fast as I should have. Sometimes life happens despite our plans. I definatly like the designs that are easy to read, have the gear somewhere (doesn't have to be the headline of the design) and are simple. I have seen a few that I really like. Not one that screams "I am the one" yet though.
