Logo for a Chiropractic Office

Coast Life Chiropractic

No

Logo for a chiropractic office located within a medical clinic, based in Surrey, British Columbia, Canada (near Vancouver). Wanting to convey a "west coast" vibe, all the while having the logo appear professional, simple, and representative of health.

Wanting colors representative of the Pacific Northwest (West Coast, Canada). Earthy greens, perhaps some blues. Nothing too vibrant (don't want a spa feel - more professional), and no primary colors. Have also entertained a lighter olive green with a dark gray (charcoal) and lighter shade of gray (or varying shades). One logo I saw for a physiotherapy clinic. had a dark green (like an evergreen) and then a more yellowish/lighter green. It had a nice, professional look and feel to it.

not sure

One idea my wife had was a square, with the left half being blue (for the ocean), the right being the green (land), and then the coast (tan/light beige/sand colored) being a spine (side view). For this, it would be nice to have the spine be recognizable, but not blatantly obvious that it's a spine - so to have the curvatures of a spine, and maybe recognize some detail of individual vertebrae, but also appear as just a sandy coastline.

I will upload a link to some different colors I was considering, as well as two images to convey the colors/themes I was describing.

To all designers, Thank you for all of the amazing entries! It is incredibly difficult to select just one winning design. You all have very creative minds, and there are so many different ways I could go with this logo. I would also like to apologize for not being as consistent in the past few days, as we have been incredibly busy attending to the startup our business. Some of the ones my group and I have really liked include #58, #69, #96, #97, #98, #104, and #106. These are all fantastic in my mind. However, we feel that #96 most closely resembled the professionalism, cleanliness, and message of health that our clinic is trying to portray. So a big CONGRATULATIONS to BIMPOP for coming up with the winning design! We truly appreciate all of your hard work in being accommodating to our needs and providing revisions for your designs. Sincerely, - DrK12

Hi everyone. I've uploaded two new images with color combinations that I like if you need some more inspiration for color schemes. Thanks!

To all who are participating: please feel free to deviate from the common colors being utilized (greens and blues, or greens and grays) in this project if you'd like to get a little creative! Color schemes I'd welcome are blue&gray (silver - but nothing too flashy), or anything else "coastal" (yet professional looking) that you can think of. Thank you!

Thank you everyone for the entries so far! I'm loving some of the ideas that I'm starting to see! I'm hoping that the feedback I'm giving is good. Please feel free to PM me if you have any specific questions - or just post in the comments section here. All of you are very talented! Keep up the great work everyone!

I like #16 more than #15. Good choice on the blue! I must say I don't really like the maple leaf, though. Would it be possible to have some sort of abstract waves in the blue instead? Can you reverse it so the blue is on the left and the green is on the right? And finally, could you try to make the spine look a little more organic, and less mechanical? Thank you for the entries!!

For #5, I'm realizing I'd like to stray away from the blue/green, though the design overall looks good! I like the #6 better than #5 - really liking the charcoal gray! Would it be possible to move the spine over a bit more to the right in the "box"? I really like the fonts used in #6! Great job so far!

For #11, I like the color scheme. Wondering what it would look like to have "Coast Life" in non-caps, and also if it would be possible to have some sort of abstract "waves" in the blue part, and maybe abstract "mountain peaks" in the green? Curious to see what that would look like, though I also don't want it to look too busy! Thank you!

I really like the colors chosen for #4! The cream/gold color is great. Would it be possible to make the dark gray just a LITTLE bit lighter colored, and make the green part of the square a little bit closer to the spine? Thank you!

I really like #7 and #8. But instead of having a tree, would it be possible to come up with some form of mountain to the left of the text? (possibly integrating a spine into a mountain peak somehow?). I like the concept of having the water meeting the land, though, with those two wavy lines. Very good! Not sure which variation of #7 and #8 I like better for the "Chiropractic" part though, so keep going with those two!

Attention Designers!! MycroBurst permits you to submit unlimited designs with unlimited variations. However, if you are providing 2 or 3 different color versions of the same logo in one draft, please make sure that if the particular draft gets finalized, each color version should be separated before you will send the final files. Thanks, MB/LDG/LS Team

For #1, could you please change the font for "Coast Life"? And perhaps not all capitalized? Thank you!

To all other designers (#1 included): I'm starting to realize I'd like to stay away from the vibrant/bright blues and greens. Perhaps sticking with different shades of gray and different shades of green might be best. OR, having two tones of green (such as in the "Core" physio clinic picture I uploaded) might look nice as well. Looking forward to more entries!

I really like the color scheme of #2!! Looks fantastic. Wondering if you could provide a few different options with different font types for "Coast Life"? Also, could you provide a different version of the white background one, but with the sides of the "leaf" being that charcoal gray color? Thanks! Great entry!!

Wondering what #1 would look like with the same colors used on this website: http://www.steamwhistle.ca/

Also, please feel free to try the logo with different shades of green and blue. Or even different colors entirely (I'm not 100% set on the blue/green motif). The blue in #1 is perhaps a bit too sky blue... maybe make it a bit darker/pastel/less vibrant? I'm no professional with colors, so I may not even know what I want. Feel free to experiment! For #1, I REALLY like the outline of the spine, though! Fantastic work, keep it up!

For #1, what would it look like to have the text a little smaller, and beside (to the right) of the logo? Sort of creating a rectangle with the logo and text included (without a rectangle outline, obviously). Also, for those who are unaware and are thinking of ideas, West Coast BC, near Vancouver, has a lot of mountains right by the ocean. The general "feel" of this area is that a lot of individuals enjoy the outdoors (hiking, sports, etc.). This type of active lifestyle is also something I want to promote in my clinic.

I forgot to mention, having a spine somewhere in the logo is fine, though I don't want it to be blatantly obvious or huge/overwhelming. Perhaps a little more subtle or abstract. If you can come up with a logo without a spine, I'd gladly welcome to see what you have to offer as well!
