Logo for a local complementary currency business

Bay Bucks

Yes

NOTE: PLEASE DO NOT USE ARROW CONCEPTS IN THE DESIGNS AS THAT IS OVER-USED IN THE INDUSTRY

Design is for a new business that is creating a new complementary currency for San Francisco Bay Area. It will enable local businesses to trade with each other without using US$, thus solving their cash flow problems. It will also enable consumers to make purchases in Bay Bucks, thus ensuring that their money stay in local communities, rather than get siphoned out to corporate HQs in other states or countries.

#57 wouldn't this be considered a 3-color design: blue, green and grey?

PH, I acknowledge that #53 and #54 are purely my own creation, and no one can prove contrary. If you need some variations, please let me know. Regards,

#45 has potential... Your idea is inventive and I like the color scheme. Can you make it more striking?

#60 Can you put more blue in this design? Not blue background, but more blue in the logo with a white background. Thanks. I'm trying to see how to make this design more striking.

#62 has potential... can you make it more striking? Right now the color scheme is too soft. I want the logo to convey innovation and high tech.

#57 The last S looks out of place because it is bigger than the other letters. Could you try making it the same size. Also try other designs making the two B bigger, or the same size as the rest to see which ones is most balanced.

#37 and #38 - I would prefer without the dollar sign as the "S" in bucks. Could you create a version without?

Remember to design the stationary part -- letter head and envelop as well!

PH, file that you will receive is in vector format so you can change the tagline whenever you want, or you can ask to the contest winer to do it.

Like #26 a lot. Can you try out some temporary tag lines underneath? We don't have a definite tag line now and want to add it later. Just want to have the font and layout designed. Thanks!

The highest start rating right now is 3 starts. If I rated yours below that, please submit new ideas or create variations on you old ones. I'm looking for a logo that says simple/clean, unique/creative, cutting-edge and high tech. If you can work in local/neighborhood, better still! Thanks!
