See uploaded files. The goal is to combine the two logos in a cohesive way,. Amerifresh is the parent company, with SnoBoy being its brand. i am looking for a clever and clean way to combine the two. For instance, Amerifresh logo with a Snoboy peeking over the top, etc.....

If possible, use colors similar to the original colors in the uploaded files.
Although Amerifresh is the parent company and SnoBoy is it's brand, feel free to experiment with different balances of design. Either of the two logos can be the primary focus of the new combined logo. I would like to see as many options as possible.
