This is not insurance. people pay an affordable monthly fee and that gives them access to call a doctor 24/7/365. There are no limits or consultation fees.
The business is based on the fact that many urgent care and ER visits are for minor healthcare concerns that can easily be diagnosed and treated by a physician via video chat. This would save people a lot of money and a lot of time. They would not have to use their insurance and pay high copays or deductibles just to take care of a minor issue such a a cold, UTI, yeast infection, or pink eye.

The word "express" in the name is to signify the efficient and simplicity of this concept. You just call a doctor, or request a call on the app and an MD calls you within 15 minutes and they can even prescribe a prescription to your local pharmacy for you. Simple. Easy. Direct. No hassles and long wait times or large copays.

"care" is naturally referring to healthcare. This is a service for medical needs. But the word care is also bring the calming, or "caring", aspect of the business. We aren't just about "fast and efficient" but rather fast, efficient and reliable CARE for the members.

The MD is to emphasize the medical aspect, again. But also to indicate that they are talking to licensed physicians and not a nurse line or other type of provider that might not be able to prescribe a prescription. This isn't just a consultation service but a patient can also be treated through this service.

We want the logo to have a modern feel and not seem outdated. We want it to convey a medical image, but not a cold stark feeling of a hospital. Something inviting still that catches the eye as new and innovative.

We want people to see a logo that could instill trust and confidence and not a "fly by night" operation that is looking to scam them of their money.

Incorporating some medical symbols into the logo somewhere could be an option and I would like to potentially see some tasteful use of images but not mandatory.

I would like ExpressCare to be one word with capital "E" and "C". The "MD" does not need to be attached but could be.

I have no specific request in color schemes. Just needs to look professional and not psychedelic or overly colorful patterns, etc.
