Describe who/what this design is about

We are looking for a logo for a company that uses sports performance training and weight lifting to maximize an athletes potential. Our target age group is 14-21 years old. Both males and females. The thought is we are training in groups rather than individuals and so the WE for winning edge should stand out. I think we would prefer something aggressive in appearance.
