Describe who/what this design is about

Logo needs to convey the creative nature of the business, needs to appeal to all ages and needs to send the message that the cafe is a hub for all kinds of creative activities. Buzzing with activity, a great meeting place for like minds. We are the antidote to the computer/Wii/Playstation/TV generation.

Impressed with how fast you guys work! Draft #9 loving your character but don't like the font - too formal perhaps. Also I would like a full bee character for branding purposes so if you want to work on completing him then your chances are improved. Afraid I am not seeing any personality in the other drafts so far but there's still 6 days left so early days.
