Describe who/what this design is about

Logo is to represent an Engineering and Construction firm working on new construction and renovations to Residential, Commercial and Industrial Properties. I think I might prefer Engineering and Construction in smaller letters. Also, the name Seaboard comes from a rail line which use to operate in the vicinity of the companies main offices.
