Describe who/what this design is about

This logo should represent the quality and craftmanship that goes into each homemade ice cream flavor, sugar cone and made to order coffee drink. The logo will be used on the outside of the shop, on the to-go cups and on merchandizing. We also will plan on doing a website and would be interested in a designer that may like to work with us on that too. However, I need more time to craft the website text. Our shop is to open in October.

What colors would you like?

Open to any color combination. The exterior of the shop is offwhite with a red tile roof so logo will need to look good with that. We are located in the caribbean with the blue sea just feet from our doorstep. Color combo should be fun and tropical. Yet logo will need to also be formatted to print in black on the mugs and cone wrappers.

Do you have any additional suggestions or ideas?

One idea is for scoops to have the two 'o's as scoops of ice cream and the 'w' in Brew to be shots of expresso or cups of coffee.
I can also see a simplified logo that says just S&B as the 'stamp' that I can put on the cups and cone wrappers to represent the whole of the name. But I also need one that has the whole name and they coordinate.
I am envisioning something that is sporty and catchy but you know by looking at it that we serve ice cream and coffee. I would be ok with a coffee bean or tropical fruits in the logo but I do NOT want to see a cow of any kind or reference to a utter. Stay classy and professional
