Many thanks to those who have written personally to me - asking for feedback - truly appreciate your sincerity and willingness to improve. I have responded to each of you with some constructive feedbacks. By now, hopefully, you would have better ideas on what I am looking for. Just an observation, there are 4-5 designers using similar designs with exactly the same fonts/font positioning and simply change the colors so hopefully I would see more of original designs in the next few days.
