Logo for Real Estate Foreclosure Listings Website/Business

BuyCharlestonForeclosures.com

No

Create a logo for a newly established RESIDENTIAL real estate foreclosure website business. The business is local (not national) and is located in coastal Charleston, SC (USA). The logo will serve at the identity and branding of our new business and must be original, professional, simple and to the point. We require an original, cutting edge, custom design for our business. We will automatically reject any logo clones, clipart logos, or logos including simple round/circle icons above the business. We do not want a real estate logo that is common for the industry. The final logo must be provided in format(s) used on our website; letterhead; envelops; business cards; postcards; brochures; and other marketing and/or advertising materials.

BuyCharlestonForeclosures.com is a newly created website that will provide residential real estate foreclosure listings in the Charleston, SC marketplace ranging from low to high prices. Meaning, we will cater to the entire general public and not specifically one class or price point. Our site will attract both owner occupied buyers as well as real estate investors and the logo must be well received by a wide array of people.

#75-Remove the white border from the palm tree. Remove the crescent moon and palm tree from the icon. Remove the green color from the bridge post right above the roof of the house.

Nadya-The house in your Choctaw Springs example is very good. We would like to see that home at an angle. Along with the other items we have noted.

Nadya-More like #62 but move the palm tree and moon back into the words. And put the white border around the letters and provide a better palm tree.

Nadya-Is there a way for you to make the house bigger, and with only one roof line? And we want a fine white border around all letters. And a better palm tree.

#60-61: Please use a different palm tree design as we have requested numerous times before. This is one of our biggest issues with your designs. Also, a nice outline of the font as in charleston.net is what we are looking for. #62: We like the single house/single roof line concept, however, we want the palm tree and crescent moon in the words of the website.

#57-59: Maybe insert a fine blue line/border around the letters in .com so it's easier to read. It is currently too difficult to read.

We love the size, shape, dark green color, etc... of the Palm tree in #57-59. We also love the white font border as well. We would like to see this with the white border/edge fading into the background a little bit more, like charleston.net. We really like the deep blue/green color combinations in #58-59 as well. We also like the color combo in #57. The bridge in #57-59 is a little too wide. Somewhere between #57-59 and #60-61 should good. #57-61: We would like to see a few examples, similar to these, with a single home in the logo as well. #60-61: Take the font borders, and other ideas/likes noted above and apply to your designs which we really like as well.

#50-51-PLEASE insert the very top of the bridge which extends higher than the "bands" for the bridge. See picture "Bridge-5" and look at the very top of the bridge. Also, "buy" should be in blue and "foreclosures" should be all lower case. Please use the palm tree from the "charleston.net" example.

Nadya-Check file "Test-7" which I just uploaded. Check out Bridge-5 and the very top of the bridge. Also, we really liked the curved green symbol at the bottom of the bridge which kind of resembled the bridge/road. Giddy and everyone-I just uploaded Bridge-5 and some other pictures, etc... for your review.

There's no Bridge-5 included in the zip file provided. Can you upload it once more? Thanks!

Actually, we like the bridge design of #15 better than #45. However, the very top of the bridge should be included as in example "Bridge-5" in the zip file provided, minus the red light at the very top of the bridge.

#33-42 are too busy. Also the lines in other examples are for our local bridge, not sunlight, etc... We really like the simplicity of #6 and #17. #44-Nice design. We would like a better palm tree. And "Buy" and ".com" in a dark blue, not black. Move the house to the left side. #46 and #47-We are leaning towards these designs at this point, but they need more work. We love the bridge/house concept. However, we would like to see the blue bubble part above the highest part of the bridge a little higher for better separation. We would like to see the bridge/house design to the left of the words. The moon crescent needs to point the other direction, towards the palm tree. We are not happy with the palm tree "leaves". All words should be blue (a darker blue) except for .com which should match the green in the palm tree. Check the example "charleston.net" for examples of colors (darker blue and green) and for a great example of a palm tree. We do not like the upper case L when using the palm tree in the L. We would like to see a better, thicker, more bold font as well.

#15-We would like to see another design moving the bridge/house design to the left of the wording. "Buy" in all lowercase and on the same line as CHARLESTON. Insert a Palm tree to replace the "L" in Charleston, and insert the crescent moon for the "o" in Charleston. We would like to see one example with a green palm tree, and one example with a blue palm tree. Both without bases/roots. "Foreclosures" to be in all caps with ".COM" in all caps and another example with it in lowercase, both stretching the entire length of buyCHARLESTON.

#20 and #21: We like this concept, however, we would like to see a Palm tree as the "L" in Charleston. #16 and #17: We would like to see these with a regular "C" in Charleston and the crescent moon in the "o" in Charleston like in #6. We like the smaller size of the home in these designs. Again, please remove the wide base of the Palm tree and design it more like the example charleston.net. #15: We like this concept and the use of the bridge. We don't like the italic letters. All Designers: When using the green font, it needs to be darker and more visible. We would like to see the highest rated designs with all words should be in all CAPS and bold. We also like the fonts in #6 as well. We like the multiple color designs provided in #20 and #21. We do not like the black background, and variations of blue and greens should be used for different looks. A light blue background would look nice which appears to be the background in #20 and #21.

Giddycardenas-We would like to also see the "C" in Charleston as the crescent moon and the "o" as an o. Again, we don't like the base of the Palm tree. The house is too close to the words. Ferdiyan-We like this concept better, but would like to see more examples from you. Examples using the requested blue and green colors as requested as well.

#7-I like how you have incorporated the crescent moon into the design. I dislike the string look in both #7 and #8. I really like #5 and #6, especially #6. I would like to see the palm tree with the bottom part (roots). The green fonts need to be much darker. I'd also like to see these examples in blue backgrounds as well. Both light blue and darker blues. Would like to see the same with light and dark greens. With #6, or other designers examples, I'd like to see a house or similar design to the left of the wording. A house with smoke from the chimney would be nice. I will upload additional examples shortly. Come on designers!!! Send us your work! Let's see how good this logo can get!!! Thanks for your work so far!

We are hoping for many more designs at this point. #3 is the best so far, but really isn't what we are looking for. The lock symbol seems a little harsh and uninviting. We dislike the tags on #2 and #4. And we don't like the closeness of the homes in #1. Again, please see the examples we uploaded, especially the charleston.net logo with the Palm Tree and crescent moon symbols. We like the blue color in #2.
