Do you have any additional suggestions or ideas?

I want this blue to be a rich color something in the periwinkle family. With Black background but I want to make this blue color pop. Maybe a splash of lime as well. Maybe black outline. Think of the blue as rich color like silk. NO Dark Blues. It has to be Feminine. Thank you!!
