I am going to have a letterhead - Word template designed for a series of educational papers I write which I call Wealth Guides. I want to brand the Wealth Guides with a logo that incorporates my current business logo. Please view the Montana State University MontGuide attachment for ideas.

I must not have made myself clear. I want to keep the same logo that I previously had designed with the tagline removed. What I want designed is something similar to the Montana State University MontGuide logo which I provided an attachment of. I want my logo above and then the word Wealth Guide below it. My logo and Wealth Guide would be contained in some type of shape like the MontGuide but I don't want it too similar where it might cause an infringement problem.
