Design for shirts, stationary other printed material in homes. ! home in Winter Park Florida (Orlando) on a lake with large backyard and oak trees. Not typical south florida, palm tree feel. Design of house is a updated frank Lloyd wright. Modern contemporary outside of with a sophisticated,comfortable contemporary feel inside with many large windows to to advantage of lake views and an extensive contemporary art collection on the walls. Uncluttered, clean asthetic...warm colors, almost zen, relaxing feel.
Second home is in Aspen Colorado with a mountain contemporary feel. Big windows with view of the mountains all around you. Very similar inside feel....mahogany, stone. Approach to home is unassuming but big views once enter house. Colors of furniture a little bolder and the art is developing for the walls. Again, very warm, comfortable and inviting.
Concept of name...Star because of evening views and company that bought my company was Starwood hotels. Vista because of the magnificent views from the home with the weather outside a big part of the homes.
Create a concept for Starvista...Lake
and Starvista...Mountain. Might be expande to other homes if acquired like Starvista...City
or Starvista...Beach.
Want to be a well thought out and consistant feel amongst the properties.
