Creative Brief

Lots for Sale at Hacienda Campeche, Mexico

Hacienda Campeche

No

The objective of Hacienda Campeche is to attract foreigners interested in purchasing lots in Mexico.

Lots are located in Campeche, Mexico. Where local architechure has remained under strong influence of Spanish colonial trends since the 1500s, with cobblestone streets and traditional cathedrals.

Campeche has the most Mayan ruins of all states and it is the safest state in the country. The state has tropical weather throughout the year. Google images of Campeche to get an idea f the city and Mayan ruins.

The community is conveniently located 3kms from the beach, 2kms from Seybaplaya, a local fishtown of less than ten thousand people and 15kms from the capital state.

Honeybadger, on draft #19 try the background white and more vivid colors. And fonts without shading.

honeybagder, we feel draft #18 & #19 reflect the interior of an hacienda and would like to see it from the outside. We also think that the coloring will be old news too soon, try something more classic or something that will last the test of time. Of the two, we like #18 the best as it is more balanced with the fonts above and below the hacienda.

smayra, please combine the font of draft #20, with the structure of draft #21. And it is up to you which colors to choose, but for some reason we like best those on draft #10.

So far, our managing partner liked #10 the most because the name "Hacienda" stands out in black font and because the curve shifting upwards and to the right is perceived as strong progress. If nothing else comes up, this might be the winner.

We liked these set much better, please try combining the "waves" you have under the hacienda building of draft #5 with the fonts you have in draft #4 and #3. You decide if you want to try a different font color on the next draft, we have nothing against the font colors, it is up to you. Also, we do not think the black background would be a final design, we have decided we like white backgrounds better.

Draft #1 & #2, good overall design, balanced space and likable color selection. The perception I get when seeing two houses is that it is a multifamily development. The lots are large, try a design with only one structure representing an hacienda. Google images of haciendas mexico and you will be able to see what might reflect better the name.
