Thx for your design octopus! Maybe you could use blue instead of green for the circle and "Android", but it is a very good start!

I want Luxembourg an Android combined in a logo. You can use the Flag of Luxembourg or the red lion, the shape of the country, etc....

I don't want the text integrated in the logo and the new logo don't have to look like the old one.

Wow quite bizarre, in the brief you said that you wanted the new logo to look like the old logo. to be fair aside from that you haven't really given us much else to go.
