MCA Realty is located in Irvine, CA and specializes in repositioning industrial assets. Our company is currently tracking and capitalizing on distressed or stabilized office, vacant, and industrial opportunities throughout California, Texas, Nevada and Arizona. MCA specializes in acquiring, rehabilitating and repositioning industrial, retail, office and multi-family properties.

see www.lbarealty.com for an example of what we like. Extremely clean, professional yet modern. Like a big glass modern building that is architecturally clean and beautiful. It is professional but not old or dated looking. Slightly masculine as this is commercial real estate. Think a financial website. We already have a logo that was designed for us. It is Dark Gold. Our business cards are Dark Gold, White and Dark Blue. Would absolutely love to see some utilization of a commercial building skyline such as www.dexus.com. Something sophisticated and really creative- that should be the only eye catching and "creative" statement on our website. PLEASE REMEMBER WE ALREADY HAVE A LOGO DESIGNED! And business cards printed.     Geekz, Did you create the building scene/ background in #65 or is it of an existing city. If you created it, than we love you! We DONT want to use existing cities like NY, Seattle, Hong Kong, ETC. Best to make something up ...make up a whole skyline. Did you do that?

    Fast designer, what is the building you are using in draft #16. That is one of our favorite looks. But is the building something you created? Or does it exist? Can you make the MCA logo the same color as background like in #13. We love your #13 but can you make the logo match thebackground color? thank you!

    #65 is the look we like. #97 is great, but that may be someone's building. Can you create your own scene? Make up some photos? Also, we like it when the MCA logo matches the background. It looks funny when it is a white block.

    Hi everyone, I like GEEKZ the best right now b/c it is so simple and clean. We cannot use buildings that are pre existing- can you make your own skyline? Geekz, did you create those buildings? Did you make that skyline? Or is it from an existing location?

    Hi Creators 14, Thanks for submitting...Did you read the comments or look at www.lbarealty.com or www.dexus.com? Your design is very pretty but it kind of looks like a RESIDENTIAL Real estate home page....we sell COMMERCIAL buildings...industrial buildings. Also, where is the dark blue and gold?... Im thinking more modern and clean...please see www.lbarealty.com www.dexus.com I like the idea of an industrial skyline like Dexus logo. Thank you. Please email me with any comments. I am going to increase the prize money to 400 as well.
