Name: The name was discerned by an 84 year old prayer warrior who said the ministry is reuniting the family of Christ to watch over the state in prayer: Reunion Watchnet.
Mission: The mission of Reunion Watchnet is to mobilize, connect and empower God’s people in every community to enforce the will of King Jesus in the spiritual realm.
Vision: The vision is to see the “Church” in every state praying non-stop as ONE to see societal transformation throughout the region.
Goals: The goal is to connect, empower and mobilize over 10,000 people of prayer in each state to cover every county in non-stop prayer. We believe that non-stop prayer over every county will bring glory to God and have a positive impact on the Key Transformation Indicators for each state
Web Toolset The vision is to deploy a highly interactive website that expands, connects, empowers and mobilizes people to pray with power and authority in each of the 64 counties.
User Features: Through the www.reunionwatch.net website, users will be able to:
1. Take a prayer watch and receive prayer alerts
2. Find prayer groups, Christian events and prayer gatherings, churches and businesses in their community or in any city in the state.
3. Use the Prayer (Social) Community to communicate with their prayer group or other Christian group.
4. Access a library of teachings on all aspects of prayer. This will be expanded to an Online Learning Portal in Phase 2 of the website deployment.
5. Find Christian events in any city.
6. Register to attend Christian events.
Ministry Features: Through the www.reunionwatch.net website, CCOP and Colorado NDP leaders will be able to:
1. Use the Internet to maintain 24x7, non-stop prayer watches across the state using online registration and prayer watch reporting.
2. Connect with churches and ministries to identify and recruit intercessors.
3. Use technology (email, text messaging, social media, etc.) to keep intercessors appraised of statewide prayer directives and to encourage prayer activism.
4. Provide online social networking tools to keep local and dispersed intercessors connected with one another
5. Provide online and seminar teachings on the different aspects of prayer and prayer strategies.
6. Encourage intercessors to host local, citywide prayer meetings on a regular basis.
7. Monitor societal metrics that are indicative of the transformational effect of prayer
