We need to keep the colors as Blue for the letters and Red as an accent color.

#15, 18, 1, 5 are my favorites so far. Clean design, easy to read, modern looking.

I would like the new logo to complement the new ERA logo but not match it or be too similar. I think using the blue/red colors go along way already to accomplishing this. I just provided the new ERA logo as a reference but please do not use it as a basis.
