Describe who/what this design is about

Enviromental Nitrogen Generator for Autos, motorcycles and other types of transportation. It exchanges normal compressed air with Nitrogen in tires. This enhances tire life by double, improves gas mileage and creates less blowouts. All the while saves the enviroment with less rubber waste from tires and saves gas consumption.
